Bilingual- English/Spanish Customer Service Representative – Baton Rouge
FULL-TIME
$20/hr
Monday–Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking an outgoing, team oriented and motivated Bilingual- English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for an Exterior/Interior Building Wholesale Distribution Company in East Baton Rouge. The primary responsibility will be to determine customers needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Must be able to interact with customers, clients and team members to process orders and quotations accurately. Punctuality and attentiveness is a MUST!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Professional service to clients and customers in person, on phone & through email.
- Respond to phone, and email inquiries about price quotes, parts availability, order status.
- Follow a product/supply checklist for customers job's and up-sell products/supplies.
- Answer phones and enter sales orders
- Accept payments and apply to customers accounts appropriately.
- Coordinate customer pick ups w/ warehouse.
- Inventory control and ordering.
- Address any conflicts, if needed, professionally.
- Other tasks may be needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BILINGUAL- English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Attention to detail
