Set up and operate blending equipment (horizontal ribbon blenders, etc.)

Accurately weigh and add ingredients into blenders per batch ticket/formulas

Observe blending process and monitor machinery for proper operation

Follow SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation protocols

Perform batch documentation, maintain daily production records (e.g. SAP)

Inspect in-process and finished product for conformance (weight, label, packaging)

Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, change‑overs, wash‑downs

Report defects or equipment issues promptly; escalate as needed

Participate in team meetings; support production planning and quality control
