Job Title: Shop Foreman

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to lead and coordinate the activities of our warehouse and stockroom team. This hands-on leadership role ensures materials, tools, equipment, and supplies are accurately ordered, stored, and distributed while maintaining operational efficiency and team harmony. Key Responsibilities:

Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas based on item turnover, size, and weight.

Advise team members on proper handling, storage, and shipping of materials and equipment.

Review records for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Schedule work for special and periodic inventories.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.

Assign tasks, give instructions, and ensure work meets quality and policy standards.

Standardize procedures to improve team efficiency.

Maintain harmony among team members and resolve grievances as needed.

Prepare composite reports and address errors or complaints.
