Now Hiring: Floor Technician – Metairie, LA
Sun Interiors is seeking a reliable Floor Technician to maintain and clean a variety of flooring surfaces, including carpet, tile, vinyl, and hardwood, in both commercial and residential spaces. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What You’ll Do:

Clean and maintain all floor surfaces

Operate floor machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors

Perform stripping, waxing, and buffing of hard floors

Vacuum and deep clean carpeted areas

Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards

Ensure all floors meet a professional, polished appearance
Requirements:

Attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work independently or with a team

Experience operating floor care equipment is preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to follow safety protocols
