Talent Acquisition Manager – HR / Recruiting
Pay: $65,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR leadership to ensure the hiring process is efficient, professional, and aligned with company standards — while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

This position also plays a key role in onboarding, orientation, internal movement, and new hire integration, making it ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both strategic recruiting and hands-on people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for all open positions across the organization

  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define critical skill sets

  • Post and manage open roles across job boards, social platforms, and internal career portals

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, career fairs, networking, and community outreach

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Provide guidance to leaders on behavioral-based interviewing

  • Ensure offers align with established compensation bands and internal guidelines

  • Maintain consistent, timely communication with candidates to deliver a strong candidate experience

  • Prepare and issue offer letters in accordance with company standards

  • Manage background checks and onboarding tasks, including entering new hire information into payroll systems

  • Coordinate and facilitate engaging new hire orientation sessions

  • Partner with leaders to support internal transfers and promotions

  • Coordinate monthly new hire integration sessions

  • Conduct 90-day check-ins with new hires and managers and communicate trends or concerns to HR leadership

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.) and recommend process improvements

  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruiting processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional (in-house or agency)

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and selection methods

  • Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring leaders

  • Ability to analyze recruiting challenges and implement effective solutions
