Pay & Schedule
Key Responsibilities

First Impressions: Warmly greet walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors, providing a welcoming front-office environment.

Communication: Manage the primary phone line, answering inquiries, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate team members.

Office Organization: Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems to ensure project documents are easily accessible.

Operational Support: Assist the team with processing purchase orders and handling basic accounts payable tasks.

Customer Care: Connect with customers over the phone and in person to provide updates and exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous administrative assistant experience is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working within the construction, contracting, or flooring industries is a major plus and will help you jump right in.

Bilingual Skills: Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a huge plus, though not strictly required.

Soft Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic.
