A local flooring and supply company in Harahan is looking for a hard-working, reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. If you are a quick learner who enjoys physical work, staying active, and picking up new technical skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
This role offers great hands-on training, including the opportunity to learn how to operate specialized warehouse machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling: Safely move, organize, and load heavy flooring materials, including large carpet rolls and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull stock for customer orders and incoming deliveries based on manifest numbers and quantities.

Machinery Operation: Learn to safely and efficiently operate the warehouse Baler machine (full training provided).

Inventory Tracking: Assist in keeping accurate counts of materials on the warehouse floor.
What We Are Looking For

Strong Math Skills: This position requires sharp basic math skills for measuring materials, calculating dimensions, and keeping inventory precise.

Physical Stamina: Must be able-bodied and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, handling bulky items, and spending the day on your feet.

Teachable & Driven: A quick learner with a strong focus on warehouse safety who takes direction well.

Forklift Experience: Prior forklift skills are a big plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
