Showroom Support – Jefferson Parish
Express Employment is hiring a Showroom Support professional for a kitchen and bath showroom in Jefferson Parish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to showroom sales staff
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing
- Enter sales orders, bids, returns, and refund paperwork
- Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and literature
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Stay informed on kitchen and bath design trends and new products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service or showroom sales experience
- Kitchen and bath showroom experience
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath products and current design trends
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused approach
- Ability to learn order processing systems and perform basic math calculations
