Position Summary
The Warehouse Production Associate is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Assembly:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Assemble and package products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and consistency of products.
Quality Control:
- Follow quality assurance protocols to maintain accuracy and product integrity.
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or deviations to supervisors.
- Record production and inspection data accurately.
Warehouse Operations:
- Handle raw materials and finished goods, including receiving, labeling, and storing inventory.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and production records.
- Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to customer or company specifications.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED (worksite not accessible on public transit)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1+ year experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Background check required

Work Environment
- Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels, temperature variations, and handling of small chemical components (with provided PPE).
- Rotating shifts or overtime may be required based on production demands.
