Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a home remodeling company located in Northborough, MA. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers with post-installation service issues, gathering information, providing professional support, and routing cases to Service Advisors for resolution.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding post-installation service needs

Document service issues accurately and thoroughly in CRM systems

Provide empathetic and professional communication to ensure a positive experience

Triage service concerns and hand off to Service Advisors for appointment scheduling

Navigate computer systems while actively engaging in customer calls
-
Resolve basic questions and concerns or escalate appropriately
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience

Proficiency with basic computer programs (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, phone software)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment

Ability to multitask between phone calls and data entry
Schedule: The schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. After training, there is the option of a HYBRID REMOTE schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Compensation: The pay for this position is $24-$28/hr depending on experience
