Job Full Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing & distribution company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, shipping coordination, and data management while providing professional support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
- Answered phones and provided professional customer support.
- Processed customer orders via phone, email, and online portals.
- Organized invoices for payment and processing.
- Prepared UPS shipping labels and shipment documentation.
- Coordinated freight scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintained accurate data entry and order records.
- Communicated with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
- Multitasked effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The work hours will be Monday-Thursday from 9am to 5:00pm and Fridays from 8am to 4pm. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The pay rate is $24-$25/hr DOE.
