Job Full Description
We are actively recruiting for a Repair Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform and document repairs on electro-mechanical consumer products while providing technical troubleshooting support to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on electromechanical consumer products
- Maintain a database of repairs performed, parts used and time spent on repairs.
- Maintain and revise written service procedures.
- Provide hands-on training and support for technicians in different regions.
- Work closely with Customer Support and Technical Support to diagnose problems.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years of previous electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting or repair experience required
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical wiring principles preferred
- Proficiency in data collection and data entry into Microsoft Excel
This is a full-time position with great growth opportunities. The hours are M-F 7AM-3:30PM with some flexibility available. The pay is $22-$23/hr depending on experience.
