Job Full Description
We are recruiting for a Box Truck Driver/Forklift Operator for a manufacturing company in Ayer, MA. This role is responsible for delivering materials and products between local company locations in Massachusetts and supporting material transfers, inventory control, and production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle box truck deliveries within a 150-mile radius, following safety, route planning, and documentation procedures

Pick, move, and stage materials using forklifts and warehouse management system
- Load and unload box truck safely; deliver materials within a 150-mile radius
- Complete daily documentation and data entry accurately and on time
- Inspect and maintain truck and warehouse equipment in safe working condition.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and company quality standards.

Maintain organized warehouse areas and ensure FIFO inventory practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of forklift/materials handling experience in manufacturing (food/beverage industry preferred)
- Previous experience driving a 26,000-lb. box truck.
- Valid MA Class D driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs regularly.
The hours are Mon-Fri 7:00AM-3:30PM. The pay rate is $25.00/hr with growth opportunities.
