Job Full Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an innovative manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This role handles administrative, accounting, and purchasing tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) and invoices in QuickBooks
- Perform accurate data entry for accounting and purchasing records
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Order raw materials by communicating with suppliers and issuing POs
- Track order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing updates
- Prepare and fill out customer test reports and related documentation
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or accounting support experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
The hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM. The pay is $22-$25/hr DOE.
