Job Full Description
We are seeking a motivated sales professional for a Commercial Real Estate Broker role in the Springfield, MA–Hartford, CT area. You’ll work directly with the firm’s Founders and Principals, gaining hands-on experience in sales, leasing, and valuation while learning market analysis and industry trends. With mentorship and company-provided tools and leads, you’ll grow to build your own client base and manage independent deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new corporate buyer and seller clients.
- Conduct property showings, prepare proposals, and negotiate transactions.
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate and non-corporate clients regarding property sales or leases.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide analytical and research support for market data, comparables, and client proposals.
- Participate in client presentations and assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (inside or outside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles)
- Strong interest in commercial, industrial, and investment real estate
- Self-starter who thrives in competitive, high-energy environments

This is an independent contractor (1099) position with commission-based compensation. You must be able to travel to Lexington, MA headquarters twice a month for team meetings.
