Job Full Description
We are seeking a Fulfillment Shipper for a manufacturing company in Ayer, MA. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy

Process orders using order management and shipping software

Report any issues impacting order quality, accuracy, or delivery timelines to the Team Lead

Communicate product defects to the Quality team
-
Maintain shipping supplies and alert leadership when inventory runs low

Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures
-
Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
-
Load and unload trucks, including daily carrier pickups, and wrap outbound pallets
-
Perform inventory cycle counts as needed
-
Answer shipping/receiving door as required

Communicate department needs and observations to leadership
-
Attend all required job-related training

Assist with additional tasks such as picking, printing shipping orders, inventory counts, and ordering supplies
Qualifications
