Job Full Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This is a hands-on production role involving cutting foam materials to precise specifications using saws and measuring tools.
Responsibilities
- Cut foam materials to specified sizes using saws and cutting equipment
- Accurately read and use a tape measure to meet job specifications
- Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions
- Safely lift, move, and stack foam materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and consistently
- Previous experience with saws and cutting equipment preferred
The schedule is Mon-Fri 5AM-1:30PM with overtime required (5+ hours/week). The pay range is $18–$19/hour for candidates with no saw or cutting experience. Higher pay available for candidates with experience.
