Job Full Description
We are seeking an Office Manager for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This role will oversee daily office operations across administration, accounting, customer service, and shipping support in a hands-on, multi-functional role. This is a Direct Hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and internal coordination
- Support customers with order processing and order inquiries
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Manage HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records
- Process payroll and support basic accounting functions, including weekly check runs and accounts payable
- Prepare reports for leadership as needed
- Coordinate shipping activities, including packing slips and shipping documentation
- Assist with packaging small parts to support shipping needs
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role
- Previous experience in Manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Comfortable supporting both administrative and light operational tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
