Job Full Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Cleaner for a distribution center in Southborough, MA. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean debris from warehouse floors
- Empty trash bins with packaging and pallet waste
- Mop spills and keep walkways clear
- Operate a small scrubber machine to clean large spill areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with physical labor
Schedule: Monday-Friday , 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay & Advancement:
- $17.00/hr starting pay
- Increase to $17.50/hr + full benefits and profit sharing upon permanent hire
