Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Compliance Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll, DOT compliance, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong HR, safety compliance, and employee relations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage benefits administration and tracking
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
- Maintain Driver Qualification Files, drug & alcohol testing programs, and ELD log compliance
- Coordinate safety training and vehicle compliance documentation
- Provide administrative and customer support, assist with office operations, and support finance as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and compliance/safety, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
- Experience with payroll systems, HR records, and compliance tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office systems
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
