Job Full Description

We are seeking an Office & HR Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Devens, MA. This role coordinates office operations while providing administrative support to HR and leadership, including workplace logistics, vendor coordination, and general office administration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office administration and support overall workplace operations.
  • Greet visitors and assist with general office coordination and front office support.
  • Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and shared workspace organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and internal events for leadership and teams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Assist HR with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and employee communications.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments including marketing, accounting, engineering, and other teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong technical capabilities to learn new software and technology

The pay rate range is $26-$30/hr ($54K-$62K annual) depending on experience.
