Job Full Description
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a commercial property services company in Acton, MA. This role is a key member of the office team coordinating technician schedules, customer communications, project documentation, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send service proposals to prospective customers
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation projects
- Coordinate workflow and maintain project documentation
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors via phone and email
- Assist with invoicing and billing verification
- Track employee expenses and credit card receipts
- Enter and maintain information in company databases
- Support accounting functions and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Sage 100 Contractor is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience
