Job Full Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
- Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of components and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records and reports.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials and products.
- Verify calibration status and proper use of inspection equipment.
- Support internal and external audits by providing inspection documentation.
- Assist with quality and calibration process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of Quality Control inspection experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Experience with ERP and document control systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
