Job Full Description
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This role coordinates administrative, customer service, order processing, shipping, and quality support functions to ensure efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and enter sales orders into the ERP system.
- Coordinate production paperwork and support daily manufacturing operations.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, production schedules, and shipping updates.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, barcoding, bills of lading, and pro forma invoices.
- Ensure customer-specific shipping and documentation requirements are met.
- Support billing and invoicing by verifying materials, adjusting sales orders, and issuing credits when needed.
- Maintain quality control documentation, manuals, and digital records.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Materials teams to support quality and operational requirements.
- Prepare freight requests and coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Perform general administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with quality documentation, compliance, or auditing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
