Job Full Description
We are recruiting for an Electromechanical Assembly Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This is a position focused on electrical assembly and precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Hand-solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Inspect completed PCBs and assemblies for defects and quality.
- Use soldering irons, microscopes, magnifying equipment, tweezers, and other assembly tools.
- Perform basic machining using lathes, end mills, drill presses, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with resolving production problems.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly work and materials used.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow established quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous electrical or electronic assembly experience
- Hands-on soldering experience and familiarity with PCBs
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong math skills and ability to work with imperial and metric measurements.
- Familiarity with electronic components and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic machining experience is preferred.
Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM (flexibility available)
