Job Title:         E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist
Location:         Westford, MA 
Salary:             $24.00 - $24.50/hr
Schedule:         8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Evaluation hire (permanent position) 

 

Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist:

 

  • Identify and follow through on leads in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels with a focus on first contact resolution.
  • Provide customers with order confirmations and status updates to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of hand tool product knowledge and stay updated on key metrics, supply chain schedules, and new product offerings.
  • Identify patterns or trends in customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints and provide feedback to relevant teams to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge and insights, & help colleagues
  • Create and issue customer orders using the inventory management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
  • Respond to customer issues via tickets, phone, and email, logging and resolving them promptly while providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide weekly status to target customers, ensuring that they are provided with necessary information.
  • Manage back-orders efficiently, prioritizing and fulfilling them as stock becomes available, and notifying customers of unexpected delays.
  • French-speaking preferred

 

Qualifications of the E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist: 

  • Bi-lingual. English and French speaking preferred
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Some purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills, including working with MS apps
  • High school diploma or GED
