Title: Sales Manager

Salary: $150k ($100k base plus incentive)

Summary: Leading manufacturing company with established product lines seeks a highly motivated team player for a sales management role
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Improve close rate % through training, processes, and accountability.
- Manage assigned territories and “house” accounts.
- Oversee high-volume quotes (200-300 per week) while balancing quick-turn and custom projects. 14 Day close cycle
- Collaborate with distributors and reps; recruit and onboard new partners.
- Foster strong collaboration with upper management and other departments.
- 25% travel or less
Qualifications of Sales Manager:
- Proven sales leadership (B2B/manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with high-volume sales cycles and warm leads.
- Strong coaching, accountability, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and working memory.
- CRM proficiency; willingness to travel for territory and partner management.
