Manufacturing Technician Summary
Location: Billerica, MA
Salary: $23-$27/hour
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday
This is a full-time, permanent position
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician:
- Mechanical assembly, testing, trouble-shooting, industrial equipment installation, and start-up
- Orbital welding
- Gas panel assembly
- Assembly and/or operation of vacuum equipment
- Installation, testing and trouble shooting and commissioning of electronic instrumentation and process controls
- Piping and Instrument Diagrams, assembly drawings
- Incoming and sub-assembly inspection
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician:
- Mechanical skills, including working with hand tools, cranes, lifts and fork trucks.
- Ability to work off piping & instrument diagrams, assembly drawings.
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Gas Panel assembly experience is a plus
- 1 year of Orbital Welding experience preferred but will train the right candidate
