Service Coordinator Summary
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Hours 7:30 – 4:00 or 8:30 - 5:00, Mon - Fri
Salary: $25 - $26/hour depending on experience
This is an evaluation hire (permanent) position
Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
- Process orders for parts and enter information into a CRM system
- Support customers via email, phone and virtual (MS Teams and Zoom)
- Issue quotes for billable service and invoice for orders that are complete
- Research and identify the correct part numbers for customer inquiries
- Fulfill orders by pulling the parts, packing, and shipping each PO
- Create a case for each quote, e-mail, and phone call in Salesforce
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator:
- At least 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- MS Word, Excel and some type of ERP or CRM experience is a must
- Experience working with a help desk and a ticketing system is a must
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- MS AX and Salesforce experience is a plus
