Job Summary: Tool Kitting/Warehouse Associate
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Salary: $22.00 hr.
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for assembling and organizing tool kits, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and organize tool kits according to company specifications
- Identify and handle basic hand tools and accessories (e.g., bits, sockets, wrenches, drivers).
- Verify kit contents against BOM before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Support shipping and receiving operations when needed
- Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment and forklifts when required
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and tool components preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Shipping and receiving experience are a plus
- Forklift experience or certification preferred; onsite certification available
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Some heavy lifting may be required
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Experience using inventory or shipping systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
