Installation & Delivery Technician
Location: Lowell, MA
Annual Salary: $25 - $28/hour
Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, M-F. 40+ hours with seasonal overtime  

Evaluation Hire. Permanent position.

Position Overview
Our client is a leading retailer of hot tubs, saunas and spas in the New England area. The Installation & Delivery Technician, will play a vital role in ensuring products are delivered, assembled, and installed with care and precision at customer sites. Use your mechanical know-how, carpentry skills, and customer service expertise to make sure every job is done right.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and installation, including moving and lifting products safely.
• Deliver and assemble hot tub covers, lifters, and siding panels.
• Install saunas and specialty equipment, including automated spa covers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and answering questions
• Use internal computer programs to manage tasks and schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and department assets.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and teamwork.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong carpentry and mechanical skills; proficiency with power tools.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs.
• Regular kneeling, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to climb ladders.
