Job Full Description
We are seeking a Shack House Attendant Assistant to join our client's team in Holliston, MA.
The Scale House Attendant will work alongside other key team members in Operations, National Operations, and Logistics to coordinate activities of incoming trucks while screening public vehicles to direct them to the proper area. Weigh, measure, and verify the materials needed to maintain relevant records.
Schedule: M-F (7am - 3:30pm)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Record heavy weight then record the light weight to determine the product weight.
- Generate lading and shipping manifest
- Help process weight tickets for loads
- Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes
- Ability to us Microsoft Office Suite ➢ Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Working closely with S/R department
