We are seeking a motivated individual committed to excellence in logistics support in a collaborative warehouse environment.
Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: $23 - $25.50/hr

Responsibilities
- Perform order picking using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments utilizing heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing goods against documentation.
- Handle materials with care during movement throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Support warehouse supervision by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and reporting any mechanical issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Participate in warehouse safety training sessions to stay compliant with OSHA regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members on construction or materials handling projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Reliability
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles.
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations.
- Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the shift.
- Experience in construction or materials handling is a plus.
- Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are advantageous but not required. This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations while prioritizing safety and accuracy.
