We are seeking Medical Manufacturing Operators to join our team in Medway, MA, for the following positions.
· Laser Operators
· (ECC) Electrochemical Cutting Saw Operator
· CNC Machine Operator
***Looking for a candidate with manufacturing experience, NOT warehouse.***
2ND SHIFT: MON-THURS 4:30pm to 3am.
PAY RATE $21 - $26/hr
2ND SHIFT TRAINING WILL OCCUR ON 1ST SHIFT (Training days 6:30am to 5pm) FOR A FEW WEEKS (APPROXIMATELY 4 WEEKS) BEFORE BEING TRANSFERRED TO 2ND SHIFT (1st shift pay rate during the training)

Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of medical devices
- Assemble components accurately according to detailed work instructions and specifications
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
- Document production activities and report any discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment problems to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and workflows
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes; familiarity with medical device regulations is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening as part of the onboarding process
- Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
