Job Full Description
We are seeking a CDL-B Box Truck Driver for our client in Norwood, MA.
Schedule: Mon-Fri (6am - until last load is completed)
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate box truck in full compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Execute efficient product deliveries and collections across customer locations.
- Optimize routes and volumes through strong customer partnerships.
- Document and report delivery/collection data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement project plans.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record with DOT medical card.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multi-stop driving and route optimization.
- Ability to work independently and build customer relationships.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
