Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Rigger/Machine Movers to safely move, installing, and position heavy machinery, equipment, and structures in a variety of construction and industrial settings.
This role requires expertise in operating rigging equipment, understanding load dynamics and ensuring compliance with safety. The employee will work in a team setting and operate specialized equipment including forklifts, wheeled and air casters, jacks, etc.
Shift: (Monday - Friday) 7am to 5pm (OT/weekends and travel upon customer request)
Pay Rate: $25 - $32/hr

Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in rigging principles, machinery, and moving techniques.
- Physical Ability: Strength, stamina, and coordination to handle heavy equipment and demanding environments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in setting up and securing loads for safe transport.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and supervisors.
Education/Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10 certificate preferred or familiarity with safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured as needed.
- Previous experience in rigging, machine moving, or a related field.
- Good math skills for calculating load requirements.
- Experience working at construction sites and fast paced environment.
- Unafraid of heights, climbing ladders and scaffolding
- Basic English communication skills
- Able to heavy lift on a regular basis and work extended hours as business needs.
- If desired, opportunity to travel for project installations.
