Key Responsibilities
- Supervises day-to-day activities of personnel on your shift. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Helping with scheduling when needed.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays, using production and operational reports.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform accident investigations.
- Manage and coordinate the team’s performance including working alongside them.
- Be knowledgeable of products and quality requirements.
- Help teams to communicate effectively with all shifts and employees in the organization.
- Promotes safety, security, and good housekeeping practices in area.

- Keeps employees informed of company and department policies.
- Work in other areas and do other duties as assigned and needed by company.

Experience Required
2 years work in a warehouse setting with hands on experience.
2 or more years in a supervisory role.
