Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
- Performs all work in conformance with Item Work Instructions and other verbal and written instructions.
- Performs visual inspections to standards of 1st piece approved sample and Item Work Instructions.
- Uses hand tools to perform simple and repetitive secondary operations.
- Counts and packs work product; and seals, labels, and stacks boxes. Records scrap and production data on Inspection Check Sheet.
- Places any work-in-process parts into the correct location ensuring they are not mixed with finished goods.
- Cleans and maintains work area to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Assists with the cleaning of tools, machines, and equipment. Receives and complies with verbal and written directions.
- Performs and/or produces all work and/or product in conformance with G&F quality management system.
- Complies with all Safety Rules, Policies and Procedures.
- Performs additional duties and functions of a related nature as assigned without notice.
Experience Required
- Prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments preferred
- ISO 9001
- Previous exposure to cleanroom protocols and controlled environment operations is preferred
