Shift Schedules: 1st shift
Duties:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Skills:
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience operating various types of machinery, such as presses, lathes, or stamping presses
- Knowledge of programming logic controllers (PLCs)
- Familiarity with tooling and hand tools used in machine operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
