Production Team Members – Raw Meat and Fresh Pork Sausage Manufacturing

PAY: $23.98 PER HOUR!
- 1st Shift: $23.98/hr
- 2nd Shift: $24.48/hr (includes $0.50 shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: $24.98/hr (includes $1.00 shift premium)

Job Responsibilities
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards.
- Handle, process, and cut up raw meat and finished products.
- Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and USDA food safety requirements.
- Communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to leadership.
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to complete repetitive arm, wrist, hand, elbow and shoulder movements
- Comfortable handling raw meat and finished food products.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a cold, damp environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
