Final Assembler Job Summary: Grand Rapids Wood Furniture manufacturer is looking for the ultimate teammate. Do you want to work for a growing company and wear a lot of hats. Do you like to solve problems and come up with solutions? Do you like to work with your hands and have an eye for color and for detail ? This is the job for you!
Final Assembler requirements:
- Assembly of furniture
- Working with power tools
- Prep pieces of wood furniture for staining/finishing process
- Perform final quality checks to ensure that furniture is flawless before being shipped to the customer
- Must be able to read and understand work orders
- Ability to build furniture and to work with high standards for design
- An eye for color and the ability to identify the right finishes for the product
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift 5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed
- $18.00-20.00/HR depending on experience
Final Assembler Qualifications:
- Mechanical ability
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- 3+ years’ experience finishing fine wood furniture
- Experience finish sanding wood furniture for stain
