Job Responsibilities:

-Lead business initiatives and serve as a Brand Ambassador for Express Employment Professionals

-Understand the employment market to educate clients and prospective clients in a consultative way

-Use in person sales tactics to connect with people to gain business, social media, email and other creative strategies to gain new business

-Provide ongoing communication to prospective clients, current clients and internal team

-Manage sales pipeline and serve as an account manager to deliver exceptional customer service between new clients and internal teammates

-Grow and diversify client base to maximize relationships

-Use CRM tool to strategically document and plan sales activities for success

Business to business - B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining current clients.

The compensation is a salary plus commission structure
