About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused contract Customer Order Partner to support order processing and customer relationships within a fast-paced agricultural environment. This role is key to ensuring orders are entered accurately, delivered on time, and supported with excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, changes, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Provide a high level of customer service and support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Basic computer skills; experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus
