Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to produce high-quality components.
• Assembly and sub-assembly operations.
• Quality inspection.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.

Experience

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Production machine operator experience.
• Assembly and sub-assembly experience is preferred.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Attention to details.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Regular on-time attendance.
