In this role, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to operate sewing and knitting machines, creating stunning designs on garments and fabric items.
• Perform fabric preparation, including precise cutting, secure hooping, and effective stabilization.
• Ensure design accuracy by meticulously reviewing specifications and patterns.
• Uphold our quality standards by performing thorough inspections of finished products.
• Perform hand stitching
• Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

What you bring to the craft:

• Demonstrated proficiency in operating sewing and knitting machines.
• A solid understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric characteristics.
• Exceptional machine and hand sewing or knitting skills with a focus on precision and detail.
• Ability to read and follow design specs or patterns.
• Experience working with various materials including leather.
• A creative mind and a steady hand.
• The ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Knitting Operator Hours: 15-20 hrs/week | Monday - Wednesday - 7:00a to 3:30p

Sewing Operator Hours: 15-20 hrs/week | M-F | 5:00p-10:00p
