Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented people to join our team in Clinton Township. If you are looking to advance, or start your manufacturing career and expand your skills in a high-tech, state-of-the-art environment, then these jobs are for you! These first shift positions are full-time (40 hours a week) Monday-Friday. No Weekends or Night shifts.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00/hr. depending on qualifications and experience.
Duties

• Pick and pack orders. (experience highly preferred)
• Identify material and product defects during the sorting and packing processes.
• Assist machine operators.
• Basic quality inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Motivated and teachable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Regular on-time attendance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willing to train qualified candidates.
