Overview
We are seeking an experienced Grounds Keeper for a reputable apartment complex in Clinton Township. Duties

• Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of all green areas to enhance property aesthetics.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with the installation of appliances, repairs, cleanouts, etc. as needed.
• Assist in clean outs and apartment prep.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective maintenance strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Reliable and organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in using various tools and maintenance equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
