A leading IT Infrastructure Service Provider is growing and hiring an experienced Project Coordinator. Our client offers a one-stop solution for voice and data infrastructure, audio/video distribution, and video surveillance. This is a full-time opportunity working under the Operations Manager to support new and on-going projects.
Project Coordinator Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in an office or in a project coordinator capacity.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills - phone, email, customer facing.
- Shipping/receiving and warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with construction management highly preferred.
- Seeking an outgoing, quick thinker who has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and who is computer savvy and not afraid to wear multiple hats.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
