This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and wants to grow within a stable non-automotive company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forging presses, hammers, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and parts into machinery
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine adjustments and maintenance checks
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas

Qualifications:

• Recent metals or industrial manufacturing experience (6-12 months or longer with one employer)
• Quality inspection experience (experience with micrometers, calipers, prints, and tape measure is preferred)
• Die setting experience is a plus!
• Steel or composite safety footwear and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
• Dependable and safety-conscious
• Willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team
