SMT Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift Schedule:
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable SMT Operator to support second-shift production. This role is responsible for operating SMT equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Attention to detail and mechanical awareness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

Operate SMT machinery and demonstrate understanding of machine functions.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance as required.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.
Qualifications:

Prior SMT or machine operation experience preferred.

Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand equipment functions.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Ability to work independently on 2nd shift with minimal supervision.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
